Our own beach

Notice of 18 July 2026

Our beach is currently closed. After a road accident on the Süduferstraße the beach is unusable until further notice. As a replacement, the Wörthersee Plus Card is available for our guests in the breakfast room. More about it on the News page.

We have a private beach on Lake Wörthersee for our guests, with a lawn, a wooden jetty and a changing cabin. The water starts with a narrow band of sand and is ideal for small children and non-swimmers: you can stand about 30 m out.

There are restaurants near the beach, and an ice cream is never far away.

Guests coming for the Harley meeting or the GTI meetings are very welcome too.

How to get to the beach

It is about three minutes on foot from the house (roughly 250 m). Turn left out of the drive and follow the walking trail into the forest. After the first house a wooden staircase and a path lead down to the Süduferstraße. Turn right there, pass three beach entrances, and you reach the door of our private beach (about 90 m² of lawn and the jetty), which we share with Pension Seehang.
