Location and directions
Our guesthouse is on the south shore of Lake Wörthersee, quietly at the forest edge rather than on the main road. It is about 200 m to the lake and roughly three minutes on foot (about 250 m) to our own beach. A walking trail passes right outside, and there are tennis courts nearby.
Auen near Velden
Auen is a popular part of the world-famous spa town of Velden am Wörthersee. It stretches about 2.5 km along the south shore between Velden and Maria Wörth. There is no motorway, no railway line and no major road on this side of the lake.
Getting here
Directions: on the Süduferstraße, just past the Hotel Vinzenz in Auen near Velden, follow the Auen-Bergweg uphill.

The lake view
Most of our rooms and flats look out over the lake. The house stands high enough to see across the houses in front of it.
