Guest information
The guesthouse is run as a family business. We are glad you are here. To help you settle in, here is the most important information for your stay.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 14:00 to 19:00, check-out by 10:00. The room key also opens the front door of the house and is handed back at check-out, at the end of your stay.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30, and earlier on request.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00. Please keep the noise down during that time.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available in the house (network "Adlerhorst"). You get the password at check-in and it is on the information sheet in your room.
Smoking and pets
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. Pets are welcome on request.
Beach
Our private beach with its lawn and jetty is about three minutes away on foot. It is currently closed after the accident; as a replacement the Wörthersee Plus Card is available in the breakfast room.
Bicycles
On request we are happy to lend you two bicycles (not e-bikes) free of charge.
Damage
If you find damage in your room, in the house or at the beach, or accidentally damage something yourself, please tell us straight away. Damage to bed linen, towels or the couch is charged.
Emergency exit
In an emergency please leave the building immediately via the staircase and the main entrance you came in through.
Leaving the room
When you leave the room, please close the roof windows if there are any.
